Pelvic floor therapy
Leaking, pain, and pressure are common, especially after having a baby. They are not something you have to accept, and they often resolve completely with pelvic floor physical therapy.
Start the road to recovery.
Many women experience incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, or pelvic pain, and many are told it's just part of having children or getting older. None of these symptoms should be considered normal. They are very treatable, and they have real potential to be fully resolved.
Pelvic health PT looks at much more than the pelvic floor on its own. Sarah assesses how your hips, ribcage, feet, and breathing work together, because the way the whole body moves affects how the pelvis is supported. Your treatment combines hands-on care with exercises you can do at home.
Postpartum, pregnant, years past having children, or never pregnant at all: if something isn't right, it's worth getting checked.
You set the pace.
A pelvic health visit can feel vulnerable, and many people feel anxious before the first one. Here is how Sarah keeps it comfortable.

Everything explained first
You'll hear what the evaluation involves and why before anything happens.
Consent at every step
An internal exam is only done if it's helpful and you agree to it. You can say no or stop at any time.
A chaperone if you'd like one
Just ask. You're welcome to bring someone you trust.
Care for the whole story
Pain and trauma history often overlap. Your care is unhurried and respects both.
I felt that what is typically a transaction-based healthcare service was transformed into a relationship-based healing ministry. I left my physical therapy session feeling refreshed in a much deeper way than just physically. I felt a deep inner peace. My husband commented later that night that something was different about me. I asked him what, and he said that I seemed much more present and full of joy.Ashley S., patient
